Abstracts submission is now closed. |
| The Organizing Committee invites you to submit abstracts of proposed presentations and posters relating to the five topics around which the conference will be developed.
Accepted papers will be presented by their author(s) and will be published in the conference proceedings.
The proceedings are provided free of charge to conference attendees.
15 selected authors will be notified and invited to additionally submit an extended version of their work for publication on a special issue in Journal Catalysis Today issue.

1. Please first download the application form "EPOCAP Application_Form.xls” excel file, fill it in and take note of your Applicant Reference Number (top right of the completed application form).
Rename this file: “<Applicant Reference Number>_AF.doc”
2. Write a detailed curriculum vitae using “ EPOCAP_CV_template.doc” (size should not exceed 500 kb).
Rename this file: “Applicant Reference Number_CV.doc”
3. One page abstract in English, including figures, tables and references using the template " EPOCAP abstract"
4. Please submit your application by email and attach the 3 documents. The subject of this mail MUST ONLY be: Applicant Reference Number.

1. Please first download the abstract submission form “ EPOCAP-Abstract submission-Form.xls” excel file, fill it in and rename this file: “<Applicant Name>_AF.doc”
2. One page abstract in English, including figures, tables and references using the template " EPOCAP abstract"
3. Please submit your application by email and attach the 2 documents. The subject of this mail MUST ONLY be: Applicant Reference Name. |

| In order to promote the participation of students, young and experienced researchers, the organizing committee offers 40 special grants covering travel and living allowances. |
| The Conference Scientific Committee will play a leading role in the selection of the participants applying for a scholarship. The selection criteria will be: |
• the applicant's research interest and its links with the goals of the school,
• the motivation of the applicant,
• the age of the applicant, or more precisely the fact that he/she is starting his/her PhD in one of the topics of the event,
• the support and recommendation provided by the supervisor of the applicant,
• the gender : to reinforce and increase the place and role of women in science and research, we aim at 40% of female applicants,
• the nationality: An international balance between the participants shall be guaranteed. |
- All abstracts submitted (Deadline: May 31, 2008) will undergo a selection procedure for:
a) Approval of participation
b) Decision for oral or poster presentation
c) Selection for fellowships |
