| Location and accommodation |
| The conference will be organized in the village and conference centre “La vieille Perrotine” run by CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research) which is located in the island of Oleron. Oleron Island is situated on the estuary of the Charente river at the French Atlantic Coast near La Rochelle. This 90 acres village includes 2 ponds and a forest area and offers a direct access to the seashore. It is located in the protected area of the marsh of Moëze, near Fort Royer and Fort Boyard oyster farms. |

Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday 27th September afternoon for the Welcome reception and leaving on Friday 3rd October (the conference will end at 12:00 hrs., possibility of having lunch).

Oléron Island in France, forming part of the Charente-Maritime departement, is located off the coast of France south of "La Rochelle". The island is connected to the mainland by a road bridge. |
| La Rochelle - Oléron Island: |
Two bus transfers have been organised from La Rochelle to “La Vieille Perrotine” on Sunday 28th September and from Oléron Island to La Rochelle on Friday 3rd October (one hour and half trip).
28th September: bus departures are foreseen from La Rochelle SNCF train station at 17:00 hrs. and 19:30 hrs.
(bus stops in La Rochelle airport at 20:00 hrs.).
3rd October: busses are foreseen from “La Vieille Perrotine” to La Rochelle SNCF train station at 13:00 hrs and 15:00 hrs.
